Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret financial data in the development of cost analysis and reports.
  • Prepare financial, data, and statistical analysis reports for clinical trials.
  • Track financial performance and identify variances from the budgets.
  • Perform budget analysis and assist in the development of budgetary forecasts.
  • Communicate financial status and issues to project managers, clinical teams and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and assist in budget-related statistical analysis, estimates and financial reports.
  • Assist in the development and input of financial transactions into university systems.
  • Reconcile invoices and payments with trial budgets and agreements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval for all financial transactions.
  • Perform related duties based on departmental need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field.
  • Related finance or accounting experience.
