About the position

The Financial Analyst (Airline Pricing & Supply) at Flight Centre Travel Group will provide critical financial analysis and reporting to senior management. This role involves partnering with various functional areas to deliver insights into financial performance and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally as a Business Partner in modeling, analysis, recommendation, and presentation of operating performance and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in financial and operational reporting to help management understand business performance and growth opportunities.
• Communicate accurate analysis and commentary on financial results and variances relative to forecasts and prior periods.
• Create and maintain moderately complex financial models to drive quantitative insights and support business decisions.
• Support the development and implementation of KPIs, visualized data dashboards, and standardized data models in cooperation with BI teams.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations for improvement within the business.
• Leverage large amounts of data in visualization tools to create ad-hoc data models for reporting.
• Determine which airlines/fares are presented via meta distribution channels, working with Supplier and Pricing teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A (analysis, modeling, forecasting, advising the business).
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
