Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with "Know Your Customer" regulations through thorough due diligence.
• Develop expertise in the firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Identification due diligence policies.
• Draft procedures to reflect evolving regulatory requirements.
• Devise and implement process improvement strategies for greater efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to gather necessary onboarding documentation.
• Approve the opening of new accounts after thorough review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
• Skilled at building relationships and communicating complex issues to diverse internal clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong organizational skills.
• Adaptable and thrives under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with business operations and process improvement.
