About the position

As a Financial Analyst in the FP&A team at Frndly TV, you will play a crucial role in shaping the corporate strategy through financial planning and analysis. This position focuses on forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and project ROI work, allowing you to leverage your analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations to management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate financial forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Analyze annual budgets and provide insights into key drivers of budget variances.
• Perform variance analysis on actual results versus budget and forecast, and provide recommendations to improve performance.
• Conduct ROI analysis on proposed projects, including gathering relevant data and creating financial models to evaluate profitability.
• Help define corporate strategy by providing financial support and guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
