About the position

The Financial Analyst/FP&A position at Robert Half in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a critical role focused on supporting financial planning and analysis functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial performance to senior management, including the CFO and regional VPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting for multiple regional VPs
• Collaborate with regional VPs to guide them through their budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor and report on KPIs and their variance analysis
• Carry out monthly reviews of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
• Participate in heavy budgeting and forecasting activities
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks
• Ensure accurate financial reporting across all regions
• Take appropriate measures in monitoring customer accounts

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
• Demonstrable skills in Budgeting and Forecasting
• Experience with Profit and Loss statements required
• Familiarity with KPI Reporting is expected
• Proven expertise in Financial Analysis
• Experience in Variance Analysis is necessary
• A Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred with 4+ years of experience
