About the position

The Grant Financial Analyst at Avera Health is responsible for managing the financial and performance reporting of grants awarded to the organization. This role involves collaboration with partner facilities and non-affiliated grant partners, ensuring compliance with regulations throughout the grant lifecycle. The analyst will also coordinate internal compliance meetings and develop various financial analyses and reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and performance reporting of grants awarded to Avera.
• Coordinate internal quarterly compliance meetings.
• Develop revenue/expense analysis, projections, budgets, and reports.
• Advise Avera Rural Health staff on grant compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Update and maintain workflow processes in compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• At least two years of financial project management experience.
• Experience with compliance and Single audit preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel pivot tables and experience with Perceptive Content and Management Software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable by Avera Health automobile liability insurance.
