About the position

The Grant Financial Analyst at Avera Health is responsible for overseeing the financial and performance reporting of grants awarded to the organization. This role involves collaboration with partner facilities and non-affiliated grant partners, ensuring compliance with regulations throughout the grant lifecycle. The analyst will coordinate internal compliance meetings and develop various financial analyses, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and performance reporting of grants awarded to Avera.
• Coordinate internal quarterly compliance meetings.
• Develop revenue/expense analysis, projections, budgets, and reports.
• Assist Avera Rural Health staff to ensure grant compliance with regulations.
• Update and maintain workflow processes for grant compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• At least two years of financial project management experience.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables and Perceptive Content and Management Software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable by Avera Health automobile liability insurance.
