This position will support the Denmark Navy (DALO) MH-60R Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program at NAVAIR PMA-299, and support the United States Government FMS Business Financial Manager (BFM). The successful candidate will directly support the BFM in monitoring program financials associated with the DALO Cases. This includes assisting with the preparation of financial statements and monitoring program costs and reporting for the monthly Program Management Review (PMR) and other related meetings throughout the year. The role also involves developing, modifying, preparing, or validating documentation and financial reports in relation to automated NAVAIR financial data reporting systems and management information systems. Key responsibilities include initiating draft funding documents using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system and performing case reconciliation, which involves reconciling program financial records with Defense Finance Accounting and Service (DFAS) and Management Information Systems for International Logistics (MISIL). This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and manage time effectively while fostering collaboration and teamwork across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supports BFM in monitoring program financials associated with the DALO Cases.
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements and monitoring program costs and reporting for the monthly (PMR) Program Management Review and other related meetings throughout the year.
  • Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation/financial reports in relation to automated NAVAIR financial data reporting systems, and management information systems.
  • Initiate draft funding documents using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system.
  • Perform Case Reconciliation, reconcile program financial records with Defense Finance Accounting and Service (DFAS) and Management Information Systems for International Logistics (MISIL).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree (High School Diploma plus 2 years work experience can be substituted for AA Degree).
  • Minimum 0-3 years' of direct experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
  • Minimal to intermediate knowledge of NATEC, JDRS, and Other NAVAIR related logistics programs.
  • Minimal to intermediate knowledge/experience with Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).
  • Secret Security Clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system.
