Equity Finance is responsible for the development and disbursement of State Revolving Fund (SRF) project financings, and the Financial Analyst's primary focus is working with municipalities and other entities who are seeking financial assistance for their water quality projects. The Financial Analyst performs tasks such as: confirming project budgets, verifying outside funding sources and pre-existing debt, assessing creditworthiness and project affordability, developing financial assistance packages that adhere to program guidelines, reviewing cost documentation and disbursing funds. The position requires strong technical skills, customer service experience, and effective coordination with both internal and external team members. The Financial Analyst typically serves as the internal team's primary contact with municipal officials and consultants, providing essential guidance and support throughout the financing process.
