In our Finance division, caregivers use their knowledge and skill every day to provide exceptional experiences for patients and their families. As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to executive caregivers at the Global Cardiovascular Innovations Center. A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM - 5:00PM and a hybrid schedule of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Prepare, analyze and communicate key financial information. Provide support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and related issues. Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial reporting. Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
  • Two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
  • Healthcare experience.
  • A high school diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.
  • An associate's degree and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.
  • A master's degree and one year of experience may substitute one year of the required experience.
  • Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may substitute one year of required experience.
