About the position

The Senior Analyst Program Cost, Schedule & Controls (P2) at Raytheon will support the Ground Based Surveillance Product Area, specifically the Qatar Early Warning Radar Program. This role involves managing cost control, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and effective program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly variance and data analysis
• Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
• Earned Value (EVMS) Reporting
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
• Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization
• Provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management
• Work in a challenging and fast paced team environment
• Frequent interaction and collaboration with various functions (finance, engineering, operations, contract, and program office) and multiple levels of leadership.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience in using tools such as SAP Business Systems (ex. APEX, PRISM), Analysis for Office, Microsoft Office suite.
