The analyst will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data from Resource Management and Reporting systems such as GFEBS, DTS, FMIS, and ATTAPS.
• Provide resource management services for each directorate.
• Participate in resource planning and accounting activities.
• Create travel line of accounting and develop Financial Allocation Worksheets (FAW).
• Track travel expenses and contract data/invoice.
• Audit and report on resource management activities.
• Record actual ATAAPS and GFEBS data and audit against SharePoint expense records.

Requirements

• Current Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or economics related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or accounting position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
