About the position

The Financial Analyst II position at Randstad US is designed for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with 2-5 years of Corporate Finance experience, particularly in Accounts Payable and Purchase Order management. The role involves financial reporting, reconciliation of financial transactions, and collaboration with IT Finance and business partners to ensure compliance with accounting standards. The candidate will be responsible for managing OPEX and CAPEX expenditures for the US and Americas Zone, performing month-end tasks, and supporting budget and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Order processes, including reconciliation of Goods Receipts to Invoices and reducing vendor payment timelines.
• Perform financial reporting and consolidation of IT costs, including OPEX and CAPEX for the US and Americas Zone.
• Review and approve Shopping Carts, validating SOWs and payment schedules, and providing feedback to business partners.
• Conduct month-end tasks, including YFAP report preparation and analysis for journal entries and manual accruals.
• Monitor actual spending activities and report financial performance to Senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT Budget Owners and CIO team to report on the status of current year Americas IT OPEX and CAPEX projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-5 years of Corporate Finance experience, specifically in Accounts Payable and Purchase Order management.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills (3 years of experience required).
• Experience with Power BI (1 year of experience required).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
