About the position

The Financial Analyst for PeopleReady's Skilled Trades business unit plays a crucial role in providing analytical support, data collection, and reporting to enhance operational efficiency and financial oversight. This position collaborates closely with the Skilled Trades Operations Leader and Financial Manager, focusing on month-end close processes and financial reviews to drive business performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update weekly reporting to aid operations leaders in identifying trends in their business.
  • Track project and customer P&Ls for oversight of revenue and spend, providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, working with the Financial Manager in analysis of results to identify trends and areas of opportunity.
  • Assist the Financial Manager during quarterly forecasting and annual budget processes.

Requirements

  • Proficient financial acumen and strong analytical mindset.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively.
