About the position

This remote position focuses on providing financial governance and analysis, supporting assigned projects or value streams with daily and monthly financial and workforce insights. The role aims to identify improvements in procedures and controls to meet financial objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project/program managers and the Finance team to maintain accurate resource and non-labor forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Monitor data quality and drive continual improvement.
• Provide support to technology/product resources, management, and other key groups via financial expertise.
• Drive continual improvement in resource forecasts, leveraging historical data and trends.
• Manage contracts and invoices.
• Produce monthly financial/workforce status update reports, conveying patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.
• Track performance across assigned projects and identify limiting issues.
• Recommend workflow changes to achieve financial goals or minimize financial impact.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support UAT testing for projects impacting financial and workforce systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Finance or Analytics
