Responsibilities

• Conduct Financial Analyst and Reporting
• Lead Budgeting and forecasting
• Provide financial modeling
• Work closely with various departments, including Operations, marketing, and sales
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and initiatives
• Mentorship and Leadership - mentor junior teams and provide guidance
• Present findings to executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA/CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience with a focus on analytics
• Advanced, strong proficiency with Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will work with the Executive Team
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Time management skills - able to multi-task projects and meet critical deadlines
