The Financial Analyst III position at Kelly Services involves conducting in-depth analyses of payroll costs for a multinational energy transportation company. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives while collaborating with management to develop and oversee cost center budgets. Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead in-depth analyses of payroll costs for the business unit.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with GTM management to develop and oversee cost center budgets and workforce plans.
• Manage and enhance GTM's allocation and overhead capitalization processes, providing monthly reports and analytical insights.
• Maintain and improve the GTM allocation automation tool, continuously seeking process enhancements.
• Analyze and interpret key financial metrics, ensuring accuracy to inform senior management decisions.
• Support ad-hoc inquiries, building robust relationships with business units to deepen understanding of core business drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and logical functions.
• Experience using Hyperion Planning and Essbase systems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proven experience handling complex financial metrics like EBITDA and Distributable Cash Flow (DCF).
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Cloud), EPBCS, and Smartview.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
