About the position

The Financial Analyst Intern position at Rabobank offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis within the agricultural sector. Interns will work collaboratively with teams, participate in various financial tasks, and engage in a summer-long project that culminates in a presentation to leadership. Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of possible loan structures and credit products.
• Gain direct experience in day-to-day tasks of a Financial Analyst, including sourcing loan documents and analyzing financial statements.
• Participate in team meetings and utilize RAF technologies such as Teams and Salesforce.
• Engage in financial spreading and financial statement analysis.
• Work cross-functionally with other areas of the CRT team and participate in rotations within other functions.
• Research and follow up on loan delinquencies.
• Participate in a summer-long project with an opportunity to present to leadership and the local team.
• Willingness to travel 10-15% at times.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication and comprehension skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Quick learner who can work well in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge or experience in agriculture is preferred.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Ag Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related major.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.

Nice-to-haves
