RedCloud Consulting is seeking a Financial Analyst/Program Manager to join the Global Safety and Security Team. This critical role is designed to oversee financial management, administrative operations, and stakeholder communication to support the organization's security initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess strong analytical, financial, and communication skills. This position requires collaboration with the leadership team to ensure accurate financial reporting, streamline operations, and facilitate effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, the Financial Analyst/Program Manager will monitor and track expenses across the Global Safety and Security group, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets. The candidate will implement cost-control measures and manage accruals to maintain financial efficiency. Additionally, they will ensure accurate financial documentation and reconciliation, working closely with the finance team to reflect financial activities in the company's financial statements. The role also involves preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the leadership team, providing insights to guide decision-making. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, which includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents and presentations. They will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by streamlining processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. Furthermore, the Financial Analyst/Program Manager will support the leadership team in managing special projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to strategic objectives. Acting as a key liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, the candidate will facilitate effective communication and collaboration while maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information with discretion. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives by conducting research, performing data analysis, and preparing reports to inform leadership decisions, as well as coordinating communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed about key security initiatives and progress.
