About the position

As a Financial Analyst at Stryker, you will serve as the primary contact for all active usage-based agreements within your portfolio. This role involves maintaining a clean general ledger through monthly reconciliations, managing intercompany processes, and ensuring timely payments from customers and sales representatives. You will play a crucial role in financial operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all active usage-based agreements in your portfolio.
• Maintain a clean general ledger by performing monthly reconciliations.
• Remit payments to lending and internal partners.
• Manage the intercompany process to ensure funds are received from other selling divisions.
• Follow up with customers and sales representatives on aged invoices to obtain payment timelines or initiate credit holds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of general accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.com, Power BI, Model N.
