About The Position
The Financial Analyst position at Stryker involves reconciling, monitoring, and clearing open balances related to financed transactions through Stryker's leasing arm, Flex Financial. The role requires collaboration with Internal Audit and Compliance to develop and maintain internal audits around Flex transactions, as well as participation in the month-end process. The analyst will provide recommendations to leadership on key business decisions and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes.
