About the position

The Area Revenue Management Analyst - Environmental Solutions (ES) is responsible for planning and executing revenue management activities within a designated area. This role supports local teams in developing market strategies aimed at revenue growth and market expansion, while partnering with stakeholders to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of revenue management strategies within defined markets to result in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Works closely with Area and Local teams and makes recommendations to drive further market, service, and segment share and profitability.
  • Plans, implements, and executes pricing recommendations and manages the customer portfolio.
  • Partners with Sales and Financial Leadership to provide trend and forecast analysis and results reporting.
  • Leads projects to improve underperforming contacts and improve fee participation.
  • Plans and executes initiatives designed to unify and standardize the Area's revenue management practices.
  • Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned or apparent.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning and interpretation of financial data.
  • Ability to analyze trends and data to identify patterns to enable data driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with highly matrixed teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to utilize persuasive communication and data driven insights to influence decision making at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a revenue management, pricing, finance, or related role.
