Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) monthly.
• Collaborate with sales teams to set financial targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to sales leadership and senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from financial plans and recommend corrective actions.
• Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis for products and services.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably supporting sales or marketing functions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Knowledge of sales processes and ERP systems is a plus.
