About The Position

The Financial Analyst position at a growing food manufacturing company involves managing inventory, product costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting. This hybrid role requires both onsite and remote work, focusing on financial operations to support the company's expansion and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large databases.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL scripting, and/or Macro is preferred.
• CPA or working towards CPA is required.
• Hands-on experience with an integrated ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and inventory management.
• Knowledge of IFRS as it applies to manufacturing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Power BI and SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and reporting processes.
• Conduct product costing and variance analysis.
• Prepare weekly financial reports.
• Oversee capital expenditures and fixed assets management.
• Assist in monthly book closing and internal control processes.
