About the position

The Financial Analyst Sr. position at Lockheed Martin supports the Global Supply Chain function by integrating information from various financial systems to provide comprehensive reporting. The role involves preparing financial updates, participating in sales forecasts, and conducting detailed analyses to support financial decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly Estimate-to-complete updates
• Participate in sales forecasts and monthly analysis of actuals
• Support Global Supply Chain in all financial aspects
• Perform detailed analysis of part movement and financials when required
• Assist Control Account Managers (CAM) on Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) programs

Requirements

• Prior Material Cost Management experience
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with baselining and CEAC process
• Understanding of Bill of Materials

Nice-to-haves

• Experience supporting program with Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies with full DFAR
• Experience with EFS
• Superior Excel experience
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making
• Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions
• Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements
• Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required
