About the position

The Financial Analyst Sr. at BayCare plays a crucial role in the hospital division by independently managing financial analysis, reporting, and general accounting tasks. This position is designed to develop leadership skills while interacting with various management levels and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Financial Representative for the hospital division.
• Prepare and enhance processes related to financial analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate and analyze data for operating or capital budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting and compliance with capital asset management.
• Coordinate the charge master and ensure its accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks.
• Participate in or lead projects within the Finance Division.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five years of finance experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Business Administration (preferred).
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification (preferred).
