About the position

The Financial Analyst Sr position at INTEGRIS Health involves providing analytical support and financial guidance to enhance the financial performance of the hospital. The role is integral to the administration team, focusing on process improvement and cost-benefit analysis while collaborating closely with senior leadership, particularly the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical reviews of key financial performance indicators for the hospital(s).
• Provide financial guidance and support to assigned areas on a routine basis.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and cost-benefit analysis.
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to offer financial insights to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance, or Business-Related Field required.
• 7 years of accounting or financial analyst work experience.
• Advanced personal computer skills using Excel, PeopleSoft financials or similar software, EPIC or similar billing systems and financial analyst software.

Nice-to-haves

• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology, issues, and reimbursement preferred.
