About the position

As a Financial Analyst at Interim Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in providing insightful analysis, financial modeling, and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions. This position involves collaboration with various departments, interpretation of financial data, and presentation of findings to senior management, all while working on-site in Worthington, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast business performance.
  • Provide variance analysis, highlighting key drivers impacting financial results.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Generate and distribute regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Summarize and communicate key financial metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) may be preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
