About the position

The Financial Analyst at CCS INC is responsible for analyzing and enhancing financial systems, providing expert knowledge to users, and supporting the organization's strategic financial objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning systems, with a focus on compliance and functionality of financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert end-to-end knowledge to users in automated financial systems and use of financial system applications conducting staff training on the use of financial system.
• Documents processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Ensures accuracy, compliance, and functionality of financial systems.
• Supports the organization's strategic financial objectives.
• Successfully completes assigned training and examinations, as well as participates in ongoing performance and development reviews, and goal setting.
• Be available to participate in internal or external meetings, special functions, and professional development opportunities.
• Cross-trains and shares knowledge with other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 5 years of FP&A, Accounting, or related experience working with financial planning systems.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs, data imports, and database optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial processes and systems.
• Effective communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.
• Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
