About the position
The Financial Analyst position is designed for a motivated finance professional who will support both the finance and accounting teams. This role involves financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of accounts receivable, among other responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Play a key operating role in the finance and accounting team
- Assist in building and updating various weekly and monthly reports and analysis
- Work closely with the accounting team on month end close reporting and analysis
- Manage Accounts Payable
- Conduct Accounts Receivables aging analysis and collections
- Perform cash reporting and cash flow analysis
- Collaborate with various departments to assist in the development of models to support company initiatives and projects
- Help build annual budgets and perform quarterly reforecasts
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
- BS from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer
- 1-3 years financial analysis experience
- Very strong experience creating and working with various financial models, including database manipulation (e.g. experience with Excel)
- Dynamics AX or D365 experience is a big plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and with a sense of urgency
- Team player with a positive attitude and a focus on business issues
