Responsibilities

• Create and prepare financial models and associated summaries to guide organizational decision-making
• Analyze financial and statistical data to provide insights into trends and recommendations for improved performance
• Evaluate cost structures and pricing strategies to enhance profitability
• Assist in annual budget and periodic forecasting of financial/statistical data
• Support long-term planning with detailed projections and scenario analysis
• Utilize technology (primarily PowerBI) to create and update dashboards that engage Directors across the organization
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 2+ years of accounting, finance, or analytics experience
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or other business intelligence software
