About the position

The Financial Analyst position involves conducting comprehensive financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making. The role requires advanced data management skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, to ensure accurate financial reporting and visualization of key performance indicators. The analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, while also preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets for financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize financial data and KPIs.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with various departments.
• Create and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities.
• Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on Excel and Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
