About the position

The Financial Analyst position at Noblis involves supporting the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) in their mission to enhance research, development, and engineering efforts. The role focuses on providing analysis and oversight for US Navy programs, facilitating decision-making, and improving operational efficiency through financial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of Network Activities (NWAs) in ERP and run various ERP reports to capture fund status.
• Maintain and update financial tracking tools for comprehensive financial management.
• Develop financial briefs and presentations.
• Assist in investigating, reporting, and resolving financial issues related to expenditures and obligations.
• Provide financial status updates, including spend rates and fund expiration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or an Associate's Degree with 3 years of work experience, or a High School Diploma with 9 years of work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• DoD Secret Clearance is desired and the ability to obtain one is required.
