About The Position
SS&C is a global provider of investment and financial services and software for the financial services and healthcare industries. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. This position is essential for the organization as it directly impacts the financial health and strategic direction of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing detailed reports on financial performance. You will develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. Monitoring and analyzing budget variances and trends will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data. You will provide insights and recommendations based on your financial analysis, utilizing advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large data sets. Additionally, you will leverage tools such as Hyperion, HFM, and Essbase for data entry, analysis, and reporting, and create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI. Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting will also be part of your duties as needed.
