About the position

The Client Relations Associate role at AllStar Staffing Group involves providing essential support to senior investment consultants and managing client accounts. This position requires effective communication and coordination with both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations and successful client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to multiple senior investment consultants and their client accounts.
• Maintain direct contact and coordinate data flow with corporate headquarters, including the performance reporting department and investment consultants.
• Formulate agendas for client meetings as needed, coordinating with both the investment consultant and the client.
• Send notifications regarding the hiring of new investment managers, communicating details with client administrators, legal counsel, and custody banks.
• Draft, amend, or modify client investment policy statements.
• Compile information needed to process investment transactions and communicate necessary steps to implement asset transfers with clients.
• Monitor the various stages of investment transactions and track their progress to completion.
• Prepare asset allocation reporting for client meetings and review draft client reports with other departments, making proactive recommendations to the investment consultant.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Possess a strong work ethic and work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Adobe.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
• 4-10 years of relevant experience in financial concepts.
