About the position

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking Financial Analysts to support the Defense Intelligence Agency Financial Management Services Division. The role involves providing analytical expertise, managing financial processes, and ensuring audit readiness while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and subject matter expertise to the CFO and subordinate offices.
  • Research, review, investigate, reconcile, and clear unpaid obligations and balances.
  • Review, verify, validate, update, track, and process Financial Plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to develop process improvements, and communicate new processes to stakeholders.
  • Update and document current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); implement approved processes.
  • Retrieve documents, review for fiscal validity, and communicate necessary clarifications and/or corrections.
  • Analyze data and identify solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for processing transactions.
  • Manage DIA debt processing and confidential military purchase fund transactions.
  • Perform economic, regulatory, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement performance measures.
  • Identify lessons learned to establish trends and resolutions to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide support in completing monthly and annual tasks in support of audit readiness.
  • Perform other client- and program-directed duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and CI Poly.
  • Two to four years of professional federal work experience.
  • Possess strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Current, active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
  • Government travel voucher processing experience.
