Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and profitability assessments for service offerings.
• Assist in the development of financial models to predict future performance and analyze potential risks.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
• Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.
• Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify areas of financial inefficiency and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
