About the position

RevSpring is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. This role is crucial for analyzing and reporting key financial data, contributing to financial reporting, and developing metrics to enhance business operations. The Financial Analyst will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and will play a significant role in the corporate budgeting and forecasting process, supporting decision-making through independent financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to communicate financial data to Senior Management.
• Lead the corporate budgeting and forecasting process, summarizing results for key decision makers.
• Support decision-making processes by providing independent financial and operational analysis.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements and supplementary reports.
• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets/forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Complete ad-hoc finance projects and analyses as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to summarize and analyze complex data into meaningful reports.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.).
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Power BI.
