About the position

The Financial Analyst position at Alice Hyde Medical Center involves providing primary financial management and analytical support for the medical center and The Alice Center. The role requires acting as a liaison for Finance, interpreting the financial support needs of customer groups, and facilitating the application of appropriate resources. The analyst will organize and present financial data to aid in strategic and operational decision-making by the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial management and analysis support for Alice Hyde Medical Center and The Alice Center.
• Act as a liaison for Finance, interpreting the financial support needs of customer groups.
• Facilitate the application of appropriate resources in conjunction with Finance.
• Organize and present financial data for strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with database management systems and electronic spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Access, SQL, Oracle).
• Extensive knowledge of Reimbursement Management Rules or equivalent knowledge of similar programs.
• Proficiency in computer systems to access and use multiple data systems.
• Ability to perform a variety of complex duties, including planning, implementing, and follow-up.
