About the position

The Financial Analyst position at Robert Half focuses on analyzing financial trends and forecasting revenue within the biopharma industry. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of the company by analyzing and interpreting financial data.
• Develop financial models for product analysis, including the forecasting and budgeting process.
• Collaborate with management to define, analyze, and validate key financial information and provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Review quarterly and annual reports, conduct comparative analysis and identify trends.
• Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets as well as the production of internal management reports.
• Work closely with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
• Conduct benchmarking and process analysis for contingency framework.
• Strict adherence to regulatory standards within the biopharma industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA) or CPA is highly preferred.
• Experience in working in the financial field, with a preference for biopharma industry experience.
• Proficient knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software applications.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional presentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Highly attentive to detail and excellent organizational skills.
