About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Casino group. This role is crucial for tracking financial performance, analyzing market conditions, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions within the organization. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with various departments to prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic direction of the casino operations.

Responsibilities

• Works with various departments to gather, analyze, and prepare reports
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and cashflow analysis reports and projections
• Presents reports to executive leadership
• Analyzes and prepares post-form reports on marketing promotions and events for profitability
• Evaluates player reinvestment, which includes comps and free play
• Reviews labor statistics in relation to business levels and trends
• Works with department managers and Human Resources to create annual operating and capital expenditure budgets

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a financial analyst role in the casino/hospitality industry
• Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study
• Working knowledge of Tableau or Power BI
• Experience using Casino Management System (CMS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience in Indian Gaming
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
