About the position

The successful candidate will be responsible for various data-related tasks, including freight analysis, coding, and maintaining capital assets. This role is expected to last for a duration of 6 months or more, with potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct freight analysis and coding.
• Perform monthly journal entry and reporting.
• Maintain capital assets in the system.
• Analyze band and credit card fees.
• Analyze data from various sources to present a cohesive view of company data.
• Handle complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts that require error-free work.
• Navigate through different databases to extract and interpret information.
• Enter and verify alphanumeric data from various sources into a computer database.
• Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems.
• Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
