About the position

The Financial Analyst in Financial Shared Services is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis to support the B2B leadership. This role involves troubleshooting and researching financial data to identify process gaps, recommending improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The analyst will also deliver analytical reports and communicate findings effectively to leadership while providing excellent customer service to various departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
• Works with other team members and the leadership team on various projects as assigned.
• Performs data analysis including inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data to discover useful information, inform conclusions, and support decision-making.
• Identifies trends and patterns, gaps in processes, and recommends actionable improvements.
• Oversees project execution and ensures successful post-execution analysis and reporting.
• Communicates findings effectively through both verbal and written communication.
• Ensures attention to detail and accuracy in all financial analyses.

• Experience in a consolidated financial environment.
• Big picture perspective and ability to manage vision while performing detailed assignments as needed.
• Experienced in query building knowledge; example: SQL, Crystal.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
