Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights on business performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze variances and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses and monitor cost performance to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and review budget submissions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy formulation.
  • Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities and business ventures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and monitoring.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
  • Provide support and training to other team members on financial processes and systems.
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience in facility maintenance or construction is preferred.
