Dentologie, a Chicago-based dental group, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at our headquarters located in the River North neighborhood. As a growing organization, we are looking for a smart and engaging individual who can contribute to our finance operations. The selected candidate will leverage their proficiency in Excel and database management to analyze and consolidate data related to patient billing, payroll, and financial software across all our locations. This role is crucial in assisting with month-end close processes, preparing GAAP schedules, and reconciling them to the ledger. The Financial Analyst will utilize strong financial reporting skills to prepare financial reports and conduct KPI analysis, driving insights across all departments. This position offers ample opportunities for growth, allowing the analyst to become a key owner of our Financial Planning & Analysis tools and reporting. Collaborating with our Data Science team, the Financial Analyst will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's production and collection metrics while enhancing their skills in managing large data sets. Dentologie is a fast-paced, modern, technology-driven practice that is disrupting the dental industry.
