Responsibilities

• Compile and prepare monthly forecasts, quarterly estimates, and annual financial plans.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance to forecasts and prior periods.
• Liaise with regional management, operations staff, and finance teams.
• Assist in special projects and provide technical input for project planning.
• Develop profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and manage accounts receivable.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in financial accounting, financial planning, or related roles.
• Strong Excel skills for financial modeling.
• Knowledge of Access, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
