About the position

The Financial Analyst position at CYM Living is a critical role focused on analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that their contributions are visible to senior leadership. This position is essential for maintaining financial accuracy and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Review internal KPIs to ensure compliance with loans and agreements.
• Work closely with lenders to ensure the accuracy of financial positions and balances.
• Oversee property valuations and manage the property assessment appeal process.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance position.
• Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Yardi operating software is a plus.
• CPA designation is a plus.
