About the position

DMS Health Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing, interpreting, and implementing analyses of strategic and financial matters. The Financial Analyst will assist in creating and presenting financial planning models and proformas, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances that impact specific departments and business units. The position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Fargo, ND, and requires a commitment to working on-site during typical business hours, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of additional hours as business needs arise. In this role, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating proformas to forecast future performance of various opportunities. This includes preparing and presenting detailed reports on financial findings and recommendations to senior management. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights that aid in decision-making processes. A significant part of the job involves analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, as well as performing variance analysis to pinpoint discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial results, offering recommendations for corrective actions. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reviews, and will play a role in contract management functions within the interim and mobile imaging segments. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create proformas to forecast future performance of opportunities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other business-related degree; or equivalent experience and training.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail orientation.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications, particularly exceptional Excel skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
