The position involves assisting in implementing proper internal controls to support the organization's growth, providing financial analysis and reports to senior management for strategic planning, and ensuring that the business processes reflect consistent best practice.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting and budgeting support.
- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
- Evaluate current and previous financial data.
- Study business and economic trends.
- Manage and maintain financial information system and create reports.
- Assist build financial models that forecast business outcomes and profits.
- Assist in budgeting, variance analysis and strategic planning process.
- Collaborate with various departments to analyse financial data and performance.
- Assist month-end close process, corporate reporting and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Assist in Managing cash flow and monitor expenditures.
- Ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance field within manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role working cross functionally with department leads and organization's leadership team.
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.

- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Clear understanding of relevant technical accounting framework.
