About the position

The Senior Financial Analyst at IntelliPro Group Inc. is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions. This role involves developing and reviewing monthly operating statements, analyzing reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with various departments to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
• Develop and review monthly operating statements comparing actual results to budget and forecast.
• Analyze monthly operating and maintenance reports and discuss results with management.
• Provide status reports and updates to management in a timely manner.
• Compile, review, and present monthly forecasting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies (SOX compliance).
• Review economic models to assist data analysis.
• Partner with business partners to review actuals, variance comments, and forecast updates.
• Proactively update month-to-date spend with business.
• Lead monthly budget review calls.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing operations and maintenance budgets and forecasting for multiple cost centers or business units.
• Hands-on experience with leading monthly budget review calls and ensuring SOX compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Accounting or Finance background preferred.
• 5+ years of directly related experience in financial analysis.
